On Mother's day Shawn and I headed to Queens to watch the Mets play the Pirates. We scored great seats on Craig's List. They have a new ballpark, and it was very fun to wonder around on a nice and sunny day!

On Mother's day Shawn and I headed to Queens to watch the Mets play the Pirates. We scored great seats on Craig's List. They have a new ballpark, and it was very fun to wonder around on a nice and sunny day!
Memphis in May
A few weekends ago Shawn and I headed back to Memphis. We went by the house and met our renters. It was weird to be in my house with someone else living their life in there! After the quick stop by the house the rest of the weekend was all about the Beale St. Music Festival. Like always, it rained on Friday night making the whole place a muddy mess. Unlike past years it continued to rain the entire weekend. We really didn't care too much about that. I had my rain boots and Pancho, so I managed to keep semi dry.
We had a great time catching up with our Memphis friends and literally singing in the rain! Thanks to Mat and Bridget for letting us take over their living room all weekend!
